Top 10 Wow Gold Farming Commodities

In World of Warcraft, you may find yourself coming up short in the Gold department. What you don't know is that you're literally throwing away hundreds, if not thousands of Gold that you are coming across on a regular basis. However, here is a list of my top 10 Gold Farming items that you probably overlooked.

Cloth - Ok, so maybe you knew about this one, but maybe you didn't. But you probably had no idea how easy it is to farm cloth. And you probably didn't realize that all types of cloth are still in demand: Linen, Wool,

Silk, Mageweave, Runecloth, Netherweave, Frostweave, and Embersilk. Check the prices of all of them on the auction house. You may find yourself surprised. This is one of the easiest WoW Gold Farming Tactics. If you can farm lower level dungeons, you can pull in cloth in outstanding numbers. Even more if you have Cloth Scavenging.

Herbs - These are always in high demand. High level herbs are always profitable since they are constantly being used up for potions, glyphs, and scrolls. However lower level herbs are still profitable for people leveling up alts and professions

Ores - Jewelcrafting, Mining, and Engineering all need ore and stone. With flying mounts in Azeroth, it's easier than ever to collect ores of all levels

Skins - A skilled leatherworker can buy lower quality leathers, turn them into higher quality and make a small profit, simply for converting them to something a little higher end. Armor kits are also a good, cheap enchant for all levels.

Elemental items - These will be used by almost every profession. They always drop off of elemental enemies, but can sometimes be mined, fished from pools, or even skinned from enemies.

Recipes - Some vendors sell limited quality recipes. Others are rare drops. What you can't ignore is the street value on the auction house. Some players make thousands of gold on these guys. This is a less commonly known WoW Gold Farming tactic since many rare recipes are in older dungeons like Molten Core, Karazhan, Magister's Terrace, or even old school Stratholme.

Meats - Cooks are always leveling up and in a constant demand for meats. These meats drop from all types of beasts and, while they may look like vendor trash, are much more valuable to players than NPC's.

Fish - Again, it's used for cooking, but wow gold it's pretty simple to farm these guys. Also, you can also sometimes fish up elemental or rare items. This is WoW Gold Farming on Lazy mode.

Random Whites - Just like those meats that you farm up from beasts, sometimes they drop random wow gear pieces like eyes, claws, or feathers. These can be used for a number of different crafting or cooking professions. Save them. Mail them to your mule, and put them on the AH. At the very least, they won't sell, and you can vendor them. But it doesn't hurt to try.

Pets - These are a gold mine. People are obsessed wow gold with vanity pets and achievements. Some sell for several thousand Gold on the auction house, and if you know how to pick them up, you can stand to make a handsome profit.

I hope you find this WoW Gold Farming guide useful and helpful. Some of these strategies require you to be a slightly higher level, but some you can do at any level. When WoW Gold farming is combined with crafting and auction house manipulation, hitting the WoW Gold Cap is actually much easier than you may realize. Good luck and Happy Hunting!
